Full-Time, Hybrid Our client, a well-established litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, is seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to join its Boston team. This position will help lead the firm's electronic billing operations while overseeing the accurate and timely submission of client invoices. The E-Billing Manager will work closely with attorneys, clients, internal departments, and a team of client billing specialists. Direct experience with Elite 3E and a strong understanding of legal billing practices are required. Responsibilities Help lead and manage the firm's electronic billing operations. Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of electronic invoices. Ensure invoices comply with client-specific billing guidelines. Research and resolve rejected invoices, deductions, discrepancies, and other billing issues. Work with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing questions. Monitor billing reports, revenue trends, and departmental performance. Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency. Provide guidance, training, and support to client billing specialists. Help ensure the billing team meets deadlines and performance expectations. Requirements At least seven years of professional billing experience. Hands-on proficiency with Elite 3E billing software. Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and client billing guidelines. Previous experience leading, supervising, or training billing employees. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Experience Previous billing experience within a law firm. Experience working with multiple electronic billing platforms. Experience communicating directly with attorneys and client representatives.
