Full-time, in-office (not remote) Our growing specialty practice with multiple locations in Central Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in accurate, efficient billing. Key Responsibilities Review claims for appropriate coding (ICD-10, modifiers, etc.) and submit to insurance carriers per carrier-specific requirements Post and reconcile all insurance and patient payments Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate month-end reconciliation Generate and send patient statements; respond to patient billing inquiries Coordinate with collection agencies for overdue accounts Work insurance denials regularly to maintain A/R within established benchmarks Strive to meet monthly billing and collection goals Qualifications Prior medical billing experience required (specialty billing experience a plus) Strong understanding of insurance claim submission, payment posting, and denial management Proficiency with medical billing software and coding (ICD-10) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience .
