Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Biller to support automotive service operations in Vienna, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage a high-volume workload, communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors, and maintain accuracy while balancing multiple priorities. The person in this role will review service documentation, finalize billing records, and help ensure invoices and warranty labor entries meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize service billing for multiple dealership locations, ensuring each repair order reflects accurate labor, parts, and account charges.
  • Review completed tickets carefully to confirm hours, wording, spelling, and supporting details before invoices are closed.
  • Apply warranty labor coding in line with manufacturer requirements and verify that covered repairs are documented correctly.
  • Monitor billing adjustments, discounts, incentives, and labor-related charges to ensure compliance with dealership policies and program guidelines.
  • Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and service leadership to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information needed for timely invoice completion.
  • Handle a fast-moving workload with frequent updates and competing priorities while maintaining organization and professionalism.
  • Retrieve information from internal systems and compile billing-related reports or records when requested.
  • Maintain an orderly workspace, follow supervisory direction, and contribute positively to day-to-day administrative operations.
