Medical Billing and Collections Specialist WCD Livonia, MI Job Details Full-time $16 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation Interpersonal skills Customer service Computer literacy Medical coding Medical billing Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Medical Billing and Coding Qualifications Minimum of 2 years medical billing and insurance experience. High level computer proficiency is required. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, interact effectively, and professionally. Essential Position Function and Duties Review claim rejections and communicate with payers to resolve billing issues.
Work Rejections:
accurately interpret non-payment codes and make necessary corrections for re-submission of claim. Performs day-to-day billing and follow-up activities.
