Essential FunctionsReview, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.

Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.

Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.

Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.

Additional tasks as assigned.

Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDProficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.

High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Problem solving skills to determine root cause.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired QualificationsBswift or similar benefits admin software experience.

Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules.

Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.
