We are seeking an experienced accounting and billing specialist to provide immediate support for our team in Monticello! Due to recent transitions, we are looking for a dependable professional to step in quickly and manage essential day-to-day accounting functions.

DOE Hours:

system to manage financial data Maintain financial records and supporting documentation Provide general accounting support to ensure smooth department operations Collaborate with management to maintain accurate reporting Requirements of the accounting and billing specialist: Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of JobBOSS is a plus) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
