PLATING MACHINE OPERATOR

Bondhus Corporation, a worldwide leader in the hand tool industry, is seeking an Entry-level Operator to work in our Color Line (Plating) work cell at the Monticello, MN facility. As a member of the team, you can expect:

ABOVE AVERAGE PAY!

• Starting from $19.00/hour, more depending on experience

• Positions available & shift pay
• -Weekend overnights: Friday
• Sunday night hours, 6pm-6:30am (12 hour shift), $3/hour additional shift pay
• -3rd shift: Sunday
• Thursday, 10pm-6:30am, $2/hour additional shift pay
• Must be able to train on 1st shift Job details include:
• Produce parts to meet production standards (number and quality of pieces) including measuring for compliance standards & reading & interpreting spec sheets
• Set up, trouble shoot and perform minor preventative maintenance on production equipment in assigned work cell
• Documentation including defective materials reporting & part completion
• Must be safety focused & perform housekeeping as required
• Maintain positive, professional relationships and communications with co-workers, Supervisors, and others throughout the company
• Must be able to manage the physical requirements of the job including wearing protective toed footwear, continuous bending & standing, & lift 60 lbs

Requirements:

• No experience required, will train the right person
• Bending, standing, & lifting up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment & variable temperatures
• Required to wear safety footwear & hearing protection
• Able to do repetitive work with good manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Must pass a criminal background check & a non-marijuana drug screen
