Job Summary:

Agri Industries Inc is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This role supports customers by identifying, sourcing, and providing parts for agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, and related industrial products. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced parts and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in identifying parts and equipment needsRecommend and sell parts and accessories based on customer requirementsProvide accurate product information and basic technical supportProcess customer orders and handle counter sales transactionsMaintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts availabilityAssist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventoryCollaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and order fulfillmentHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional mannerOperate forklift as needed for material handlingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentStay current on product knowledge and industry updatesPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in parts sales or similar environment preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksAttention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory managementProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsForklift experience preferredValid drivers license (required)

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

This position requires regular physical activity in a warehouse and retail counter environment. The employee must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periodsLift up to 75 lbs regularlyBend, squat, reach, and move parts and equipment safelyOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipmentPerform computer and customer service duties simultaneouslyWork in both indoor warehouse and customer-facing environments Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
