In this role, you will oversee the Intake team and ensure patient referrals, insurance verification, and scheduling processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll partner closely with clinical and billing teams to support timely, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the intake team to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient referrals Oversee patient intake workflows, documentation, and record accuracy Ensure insurance verification and re-verification processes are completed efficiently Partner with billing and clinical teams to support scheduling and readiness for care Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce delays Support prior authorization processes and ensure timely follow-up Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and company standards Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to intake staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in patient intake, scheduling, or healthcare administration Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Familiarity with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with electronic medical records and standard office software Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position in a clinic-based setting, typically Monday through Friday.
