The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical billing procedures, coding systems, and healthcare claims management. As a key member of our administrative team, you will ensure accurate processing of medical invoices, claims, and payments while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient billing workflows in a dynamic healthcare environment. Duties Review and process medical bills using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assign appropriate diagnosis codes (ICD-9, ICD-10) and procedure codes (CPT) in accordance with healthcare regulations and guidelines. Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding payments to facilitate timely reimbursements.
