What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us Why Terminix Service Inc? $16/hr
