Advanced Personnel Resources is partnering with a well-established client in the High Point area to identify a Construction Billing Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented billing professional with experience in construction or project-based billing environments.

$50,000-$60,000 (based on experience) Position Summary The Construction Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing project billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and supporting compliance with contract and lien requirements. This position works closely with project managers, accounting, and clients to support billing accuracy and cash flow. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process AIA billing and project-based invoices Track and manage project billing schedules , including progress and retainage Creating, preparing, and submitting lien waivers in accordance with contract requirements Review contracts and billing documentation for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with project managers to obtain required backup documentation Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries B2B Collections Maintain organized billing and project records Support month-end billing and reporting as needed Sales tax
