Hourly Apply Description Job Duties:

Daily invoicing Reviewing invoices for errors Processing of credit memos Transmission of invoices to customers Scanning delivery receipts Month-end accounting functions

Qualifications Qualifications:

Associates degree with a concentration in accounting or at least 1 year of billing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment Strong time management skills Detailed oriented and have good communication skills Good time management skills and works well in a team environment The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
