Job Description
Adecco is seeking an Operations Billing Analyst for a client in Somerset, NJ. This hybrid, temp-to-hire position pays $28.85 an hour and offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in billing, order processing, customer service, and sales support who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage sales orders with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor vendor portals to track shipment status, estimated delivery dates, and order updates. Communicate shipment progress and delivery expectations to Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and customers. Work directly with vendors to obtain shipment information when portal updates are unavailable. Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, partner, and departmental data within company systems. Support reporting activities, including SPIFF tracking and management of duplicate records. Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries, discrepancies, and adjustment requests. Manage end-to-end billing operations, including monthly invoicing, PSA generation, and rebate processing. Prepare and distribute performance reports, metrics, and order-to-shipment analyses for management and sales teams. Track approvals and reporting related to RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), DOAs (Dead on Arrival claims), and escrow activities. Provide support for quarterly customer rebate submissions and related documentation. Qualifications Experience in B2B sales support, order processing, customer service, or billing operations. Previous experience within the technology services, hardware, software, or reseller industry is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with vendor portals, billing systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
