• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auto Dealership Biller to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of billing processes and maintaining financial records within our dealership. • Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process vehicle sales billing and accurate invoicing in a timely manner.

Verify and compile all necessary documents for vehicle sales transactions, including tax, title, and license fees. Reconcile daily sales, receipts, and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and update customer accounts as needed. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing. Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports. Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to billing and vehicle sales. Provide exceptional customer service support by addressing billing inquiries and concerns.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto dealership biller or similar role.

Strong knowledge of billing procedures and related regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or related fields is a plus.
