Job Description
Branch office opening soon in your location! Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply! We are expanding from our main office in Allegany, NY to the Springville area. Positions available are full time, Monday-Friday with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am
- 3:00 pm. Compensation includes an hourly rate as well as bonus structure. Collector monthly bonuses range between $500.00
- 5,000.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collectors are expected to make 150+ calls daily, get individuals on the phone with outgoing calls as well as returned call backs from messages left. You are required to close your own calls as well as helping out with second talk offs for teammates who need assistance. We provide training on FDCPA guidelines and all other pertinent laws/regulations and require that all staff are compliant during communication with consumers. We offer 401k with up to a 3% company match (match not available until completion of first year of employment) and PTO as well as a fun work atmosphere, bonus opportunity, regular contests andPAID TIME OFF ON YOUR BIRTHDAY
