As part of the team, you will be pursuing the most advanced, innovative and cost-effective treatment options, so that our patients receive personalized, custom care best suited to their situation. The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for all accounts payable administrative functions, invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the account system for expenses, vendor approval and invoice processing. Coordinate with various departments and maintain records for account payables and receivables. Analyze processes, recommend improvements for same and manage all internal controls on documents. Maintains and update all journal entries and perform month end closing and audits for various accounts. Assists accounting teams on various projects. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 to 3 years in medical office and/or accounting experience required. Intermediate proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Office, Great Plains and SAP preferred. Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables. Accurate with a strong attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute is an EEO employer.
