Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable handyman to complete work orders throughout the week on an as‑needed basis. This is contract work , not full‑time or part‑time employment. Responsibilities Pick up work orders during the week as they become available Complete tasks professionally and on schedule Use your cell phone to sign in to our office app Upload before and after photos for each job Track your time directly inside the app Communicate clearly with the office when needed Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in plumbing and electrical work Previous make‑ready experience (turnovers, unit prep, repairs, punch‑list work) Strong general handyman/maintenance skills Reliable transportation A working smartphone (iPhone or Android) Ability to follow simple app steps and upload photos Dependable, professional, and able to complete jobs on schedule
