As our Account Manager, you'll be the friendly face customers trust to keep their programs humming. You'll help them pick styles, track progress, wrangle approvals, and keep everything moving across internal teams. You'll also dive into SAP to set up items and orders, watch deliveries like a hawk, and partner with Finance to keep invoices clean and timely. If you're organized, people‑savvy, and love solving puzzles, you'll shine here. Our regular schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm, Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am.
Job duties may include:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers through consistent communication and proactive account support. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met. Coordinate style selections and program requirements with customers and internal Development teams. Create, update, and manage SAP items, sales orders, production orders, inventory transactions, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pricing breakdowns to support accurate quoting and customer transparency. What you will need to have: Demonstrate technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs. Respectfully collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Work well with others by listening, communicating clearly and creating a positive and respectful environment. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and company information.
