Our team of dentists and support staff is the region's largest provider of long-term care facilities. Our dentist office provides dental services to nursing home patients. Responsibilities include of
Dental Office Admin:
Status Reports
  • reviewing open treatments Census
  • updating our patient rosters Submit insurance claims Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Update patient's insurance on accounts Audit unpaid claims and invoices Face Sheets
  • entering new patients into our system Remove patients from our system Post insurance payments Treatment Planning
  • creating doctor's recommendation forms Projects Qualifications and Skills Experience with Medicaid and MCOs Experience in a dental office a PLUS.
Knowledge of dental terminology a PLUS Experience with Softdent a PLUS Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Excel Summary As a Billing and Insurance Specialist, you will be integral to the financial operations of our dental office, ensuring accurate billing and efficient insurance processing. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical administrative support and EHR systems, along with your knowledge of dental terminology. Your premium skills in fiscal management and medical office experience will enhance our practice's financial health. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office will aid in maintaining organized records and budgets, contributing to a seamless patient experience and operational efficiency.
