A Billing Clerk prepares and checks information included on a customer bill or invoice. Assembles and itemizes information on products or services purchased, and verifies amounts including any tax owed.

Responsibilities:
Process invoices, cash, credit cards, and packing slips for various branches Apply cash and credit card payments accurately across branches Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as customer service, warehouse, sales, and transportation to ensure accurate billing
Requirements:
High School Diploma Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative
Preferred:
