Job Description

E-Billing Coordinator Full time opening for an E-Billing Coordinator. This role is 4 days on site and offers 1 day WFH. Experience in a legal environment is preferred. Must have strong Excel and communication skills.
Position will involve the following:
Key Responsibilities Administer and manage all electronic billing processes for domestic and international clients and vendors Maintain documentation, provide training, and ensure proper security protocols for e-billing systems Partner with the Billing Team and Finance Department to: Analyze and troubleshoot e-billing issues Recommend and implement process improvements Develop and maintain management reports Maintain detailed profiles for each e-billing vendor, including policies and contact information Communicate e-billing guidelines, updates, and requirements to Finance Team members Meet with billing attorneys and administrative staff to review and support e-billing processes Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve billing workflows Work within eBilling Hub to resolve billing errors and system issues Manage and update client billing websites as required Ensure compliance with all electronic billing guidelines and client requirements Collaborate with the Collections Team to: Monitor aged invoices Perform proactive follow-ups Resolve rejected invoices within two business days Support additional projects and duties assigned by the E-Billing Manager or Director of Finance Perform other responsibilities as needed to support department and firm operations Qualifications & Skills 3-5+ years of experience in a similar billing or e-billing role Experience in a law firm or corporate legal billing environment preferred Familiarity with Aderant, eBilling Hub, and other e-billing vendor platforms preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Tim Campbell Liberty Personnel Services Inc. 610-941-6300 ext 121 direct: 484-567-2089 tc@libertyjobs.com www.libertyjobs.com www.linkedin.com/pub/tim-campbell/0/a9b/616 #itjobs1776
