Experienced Billing Assistant - Part Time

Termac Corporation is looking for an experienced Billing Assistant for their Wind Gap office. Only applicants with below experience will be considered for this position.

Experience and job duties:

• Delivery invoices
• creating, assigning, tracking and billing
• Service invoices
• creating, tracking, calculating and posting
• Scheduling install jobs between sales and management, communicating with all until installations are completed
• Account creation and maintenance
