Job Description

Accounts Receivable Analyst Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst focused on deductions management to investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, validate claims, recover unauthorized deductions, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce financial exposure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex issues, collaborating across departments, and making a measurable impact within a growing organization. What You'll Do Investigate and resolve customer deductions related to pricing discrepancies, shortages, promotional allowances, and other payment issues Analyze deduction claims for validity and recover unauthorized or invalid deductions Reconcile customer accounts and process credit memos when appropriate Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and improve communication Maintain accurate documentation and support transaction processing and data entry activities Identify deduction trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities to minimize future issues and strengthen controls Deliver insights and recommendations that improve operational efficiency and reduce revenue leakage What We're Looking For We're looking for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and takes ownership of their work. Successful candidates will bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve discrepancies Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers Understanding of accounting and finance principles, particularly within accounts receivable processes Experience working with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or IFS Experience with deductions management software such as HighRadius is a plus Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred Why Join Us You'll be part of a team that values accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering results the right way. Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
