Job Description

Description Are you a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, technology and problem solving? Are you interested in making a positive impact on mental and developmental health care services in Addison County? If so, join our dynamic team as a Billing & Collection Associate. Position Overview As the Billing & Collection Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the auditing, submission, and payment of service claims, as well as in applying for and managing clinical staff credentialing. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all client demographic and financial information.
  • Verify and approve all billing entries.
  • Submit claims, apply payments, and investigate denials.
  • Assist clinical staff in obtaining and/or renewing credentials.
  • Answer questions regarding billing from clients and staff. Qualifications
  • Associates degree plus at least one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired.
  • Familiarity with client health care information and reimbursement procedures and requirements.
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

50/ hour, 40 hours per week.
