Auditing Specialist

Advanced Enviro Systems, a trusted, national provider in waste reduction and recycling solutions is seeking an Auditing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring billing accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting our clients through accurate vendor invoice analysis that directly protects their bottom line.

In this position, you will be responsible for: Reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy and completeness Verifying billing details such as pricing, services, taxes and other fees Matching invoices against contracts and agreed-upon pricing structures Identifying and resolving discrepancies by working with vendors and internal teams Maintaining accurate records of audit findings and corrections Managing billing and ensuring timely, accurate submission to customers AES specializes in helping our clients reduce their waste costs and improve operational efficiency and we take the same level of care in how we support our team.
