Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims Manage end-to-end billing activities including charge entry, submission, follow-up, and denial resolution Utilize CareTend software for billing operations, documentation, and reimbursement tracking Review and apply payer requirements to ensure compliance and accurate claims Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly Collaborate with payers and internal teams to facilitate timely billing resolutions Support overall revenue cycle performance in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
