Billing Specialist

Job Overview Our growing emergency medicine and urgent care organization is seeking a highly experienced Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle professional to help lead and optimize billing operations across multiple clinical sites. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with deep expertise who understands the full revenue cycle from front-end registration through collections, denial management, coding optimization, payer strategy, and financial reporting. Ideal candidates should have strong experience with: Emergency medicine and/or urgent care billing Physician and facility claims Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers Denial reduction and appeals First-pass pay rate optimization Days in A/R management Coding/documentation improvement KPI dashboard reporting and analytics Scaling billing operations for multi-site growth Working closely with physicians, operations, and executive leadership Experience with freestanding EDs, hospital-based emergency medicine, AI-assisted billing workflows, or RCM operational leadership is strongly preferred. Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
