Problem-solving Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Provide service to customer accounts within Finance and Billing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Meet established performance goals and deadlines in ways that comply with company & client service level agreements. § Maintain accurate records within established systems and processes for assigned accounts. § Communicate with our clients and agent network regarding specific account information, account assignments and actions in order to effectively execute the repossession process. § Perform necessary follow-up functions to meet client requirements. § Process documentation and prepare reports as necessary to support account and client requirements. § Resolve account issues as needed and communicate issues / concerns regarding account activity to supervisor and management. § Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents for assigned clients. § Maintain daily logs of all repossessions, invoice numbers, gross margins, and proper client identification. § Obtain and verify Condition Reports are completed and other necessary documentation is provided. § Obtain and verify Pictures are uploaded into e-commerce system. § Review if keys have been obtained on units, and when necessary request key quotes and cuts. § Answer phones and answer client questions in a timely manner regarding invoicing. § Submit invoices for payment based on individual client needs. § Prepare batches of invoices at client request. § Adheres to company policies and procedures. § Perform special projects as requested. § Assume additional duties as needed.
COMPETENCIES
§ Keen Financial Business Acumen. § Excellent verbal and written communication skills. § Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. § Extensive knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, company's services. § Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. § Organizational skills, a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. § Able to meet requirements with minimal oversight and direction. § Critical Evaluation. § Ethical Practice.
Required Education and Experience:
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree but do require a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 or more years of related experience.
Work Environment:
Training provided on site at the Akron office location. After successful completion of training, work will be performed remotely or in the office setting.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to sit and stand for extended periods; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
