Job Details:

+ Hybrid Schedule

• Work primarily from home after training + Minimal Onsite Requirement
• Only 1 week per quarter onsite + Fortune 100 Experience
• Build your career with a top-tier financial institution + Consistent Schedule & Stability Key responsibilities include: + Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment + Working within an auto-dialer system + Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due) + Averaging 80-120+ calls per day + Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers + Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Training:

+ 8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday + First week onsite

Post-Training:

+ Monday

• Saturday (5-day workweek) +

Shifts:

9:30 AM

• 6:00 PM and 10:30 AM
• 7:00 PM (varies seasonally)

Work Environment:

+ Onsite requirement limited to 1 week per quarter

+ Majority of work performed remotely from home
