Sunrise, FL External Job Description and Responsibilities Job Overview:

Responsible for accurately loading and maintaining fee schedules in IDX. Update, maintain, and download dictionary requests for IDX into various formats.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain charge master fee schedule (pricing module) Accurately receive and load all applicable dictionary updates including, but not limited to CPT updates, Diagnosis code updates, Medigap, loading of Fee schedules for mid-level providers, obtaining carrier updates, all OnBase IDX Maintenance request. Performs some entry level analysis to triage requests to other departments for resolution. Properly maintains and retains requests for audit review. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Excels in both written and verbal communication. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the duties and responsibilities associated with the position Demonstrates the capacity to understand the IDX Billing Software system. Possesses good analytical skills and the ability to examine data and information, interpret the results and make relevant decisions. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Software such as Excel and Word. High school diploma or equivalent. Some working experience in IDX systems background preferred. Experience in a medical billing or revenue cycle environment. Location Remote Working Level Full-Time
