We're seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping financial data clean, balanced, and moving smoothly through the revenue pipeline. Why This Role Is Different Work with a specialized, centralized surgery center operation Play a critical role in charge and payment accuracy Collaborate with coding, billing, and AR teams without patient-facing stress Hybrid schedule once training is complete Stable, weekday schedule — no weekends, no nights Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) Start times between 7:30am - 8:30am Hybrid after training (3 days in office / 2 remote) Wednesdays are in-office for all What You'll Be Doing (High-Level) Posting charges and payments with precision Reconciling financial data and resolving discrepancies Supporting clean claims and downstream billing efforts Working within established revenue cycle systems and workflows What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in medical billing / revenue cycle Hands-on charge posting and payment posting experience

REQUIRED
