OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc.

We are seeking a Program Billing Manager to provide day-to-day program billing operations of the agency including but not limited to; provider fee schedules, program unit cost analysis, service authorizations fiscal verification and reporting. What you'll do: Oversees all program billing operations within OCES, ensuring fiscal compliance with contracts, state and federal regulations and corporate standards Partners with internal and external managers to meet corporate initiatives Manages billing unit activities related to consumers, provider billing and all agency funding sources Manages fiscal accuracy of authorized billing units, project future billing units Ability to effectively analyze Program Service data and identify risks and opportunities Effectively communicates fiscal issues with internal and external stakeholders Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, and or related field Master's Degree Preferred Minimum five years of experience Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Work Enviromment:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
