Full Job Description Summary of Job Description:
The Senior Data Analyst develops and maintains HR metrics, reports, and analytics. This position is also responsible for HR system administration, data integrity, process efficiency, and HR reporting. The Senior Data Analyst works with the HR Data, Field HR & Associate Relations teams to develop periodic and quarterly reporting, metrics and measurements, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed. This job collaborates with and recommends solutions and insights to the various HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes and assess people performance and project results.
Job Responsibilities:
Partners with business partners, Field HR, and Associate Relations subgroups to identify data needs Develops actionable insights related to HR data, including but not limited to retention, turnover, performance, and associate relations investigations Presents findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative useful to non-technical audiences and cross-functional stakeholders Is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and data integrity of HR systems and reporting tools such as people dashboards and the case management system Develops a comprehensive tracking system for HR recruiting and training efforts, including the ability to track individual associate development journeys Conducts ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests Collaborates with and recommends solutions to various HR teams based on data and insights Undertakes extensive and innovative data analysis using people metrics to identify trends and patterns as the basis for determining HR needs Develops and maintains HR metrics, reports, and analytics Performs backend analysis of people metrics and case management data Develops various data models to evaluate and assess project and people performance Works with HR leadership on retention, turnover, and management style initiatives Flags complaint trends Provides data to support more informed decision-making by Operations leaders and Field HR Identifies clear metrics and measures of success in HR training and retention Supports continuous improvement in HR training by influencing process design and elevation How we reward you: Hybrid Work schedule 401K with company match Yearly bonus opportunity

  • Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates Your background and experience: Bachelor's degree required (Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance or Computer Programming preferred) 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, financial analysis or IS Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range:
