Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead our healthcare billing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire revenue cycle management process, ensuring accurate and compliant billing practices across hospital departments and insurance providers. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize revenue collection, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare billing management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence financial performance while maintaining compliance with complex medical billing regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the billing team to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims. Oversee medical billing processes, including electronic health records (EHR) management, medical coding, ICD coding, and insurance third-party billing. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations such as Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance regulations governing billing practices. Monitor hospital revenue cycle management workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance policies, medical billing regulations, and changes in healthcare laws affecting billing procedures. Collaborate with clinical staff and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and denials efficiently. Utilize billing software and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB) through AAPC (required).Certified Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Specialist (CH-RCMS) (required).Certified Healthcare Billing Specialist (CH-CBS) (required). Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of medical billing and revenue cycle experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) billing, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.

Knowledge of
ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS
Level II, and payer guidelines. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks). Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to monitor key revenue cycle metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
