Coordinator, Accouting

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations and month-end processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits while assisting with special projects and process improvements. What You'll Do Reconcile daily and month-end bank accounts Audit and process credit card bills Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Research customer disputes, chargebacks, and NSF checks Maintain accurate vendor and customer records Assist with audits and special projects Help standardize procedures to improve efficiency Skills & Requirements Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office; QuickBooks/ERP preferred Knowledge of GAAP Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
