Position Summary:

Contact consumer who fall behind on their financial obligations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to work a collection file Remain compliant with State and Federal Laws Skip trace and attempt contact with consumers on past due obligations Negotiate repayment terms Accept credit card and check payments by phone Review and distribution of daily production sheets Assist consumers with verbal and written consumer disputes Responsible to review and qualify accounts for suit Manage a monthly goal Commission paid monthly for individual performance May be expected to perform additional tasks as assigned by executive management.

$31,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
