This position is based at Grandpappy Point Marina , but you'll support customers across all three of our properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marina Office Associate to help keep the business side of our operation running efficiently.

This is a customer-facing position where you'll answer phones, assist guests, manage customer accounts, process payments, and ensure billing records remain accurate. If you enjoy working with people, are comfortable handling financial transactions, and take pride in staying organized, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Billing & Accounts Process customer payments, including AutoPay and annual billing cycles Manage accounts receivable by monitoring past-due accounts and making collection calls Prepare and send invoices and billing statements Research and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate customer records in MarinaGo marina management software Reservations & Customer Accounts Book cabin reservations and manage the reservation calendar Set up new customer accounts and enter slip agreements into MarinaGo Answer customer questions regarding reservations, billing, and account information Front Desk & Ship Store Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Welcome walk-in guests and assist with Ship Store purchases Process retail sales and customer transactions Serve as a primary point of contact for slip holders, resort guests, and prospective customers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable discussing billing issues and making professional collection calls Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Basic math and bookkeeping skills Comfortable learning new software and office systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work weekends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

(Not Required) Experience with MarinaGo or similar marina, campground, hospitality, or property management software Previous experience in a marina, resort, campground, hotel, or hospitality environment Accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or collections experience

Pay:

$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
