Job Description:
A-1 Rocket Energy Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ticket Administrator to join our billing department. The Ticket Administrator will work directly under the Billing Manager and provide day-to-day administrative support with the processing of field tickets and billing documentation. This position is responsible for organizing, reviewing, preparing, entering, and digitally filing job tickets received from our field operations. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in accurate work, stays organized, catches discrepancies, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and review daily field tickets from operations. Verify tickets are complete, legible, and contain the information necessary for billing. Enter field ticket information accurately into the company's digital software system. Prepare and process tickets for billing under the direction of the Billing Manager. Review tickets for discrepancies, missing information, incorrect quantities, dates, services, or other billing-related details. Follow up with field personnel, operations, or management when additional information or clarification is needed. Scan and digitally file completed tickets and supporting documentation. Maintain organized electronic records and ensure documentation can be easily located when needed. Assist with matching and organizing supporting paperwork related to jobs and tickets. Help maintain an accurate and timely flow of tickets through the billing process. Provide daily administrative support to the Billing Manager and assist with other billing-related tasks as needed. Communicate professionally with operations personnel and other office staff to resolve ticket-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer, employee, and company information. Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work . This position requires someone who can stay focused on repetitive and detailed tasks while recognizing when something doesn't look right and taking the initiative to get it corrected. The successful candidate will be an important part of the billing process, helping ensure that field work is properly documented, entered, and prepared for invoicing.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous office administration, data entry, billing, accounting, or document-processing experience preferred. Oilfield, trucking, transportation, or energy-industry experience is a plus, but not required . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with computers and learning company-specific software. Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently. Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in paperwork. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
Wage Range:
20.00 - 20.00 per hour
