full-time Harmer is representing a construction-based company experiencing hyper growth and is expanding their billing department to add a Billing Manager. Additional to standard AR functions this position is heavily focused on Time & Materials (T&M) billing, ensuring labor hours, equipment, materials, subcontractor costs, and other project expenses are accurately captured, supported, reconciled, and invoiced. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily invoice review, submission, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Maintain key billing trackers and reporting tools to monitor pipeline activity and workload. Lead weekly review of timecards/payroll inputs and coordinate timely submission. Review incoming job documentation and maintain billing allocations/placeholders to ensure future workload visibility. Lead cross-training and task rotations for administrative staff; perform peer reviews for documentation accuracy. Partner with Project Management, Field Operations, Administration, and Accounting to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of billing experience within a fast-paced environment 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
