We are a fast-paced, high-volume dental group focused on excellent patient care, strong systems, and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who understands dental insurance fundamentals, has strong attention to detail, and takes ownership of accounts receivable follow-up. Core Qualifications (Must Have) 1-2 years of dental billing experience

Understanding of:

Claims EOBs Deductibles Downgrades Experience with: Payment posting Insurance adjustments Patient portion balancing Ledger accuracy Strong AR follow-up mindset Understands claims require follow-up, not just submission Comfortable navigating a PMS Open Dental experience preferred, but not required Ability to communicate with insurance companies professionally Document notes accurately Follow through on unresolved claims Strong attention to detail Does not guess or plug numbers into ledgers What We're Looking For Reliable and organized Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Benefits Health benefits Dental discounts PTO Stable Monday-Friday schedule Supportive team environment If you are experienced in dental billing and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
