In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing medical billing processes, ensuring accurate coding, and supporting revenue cycle management. Your expertise will help streamline insurance claim processing, optimize medical collections, and maintain precise medical records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient healthcare operations while working with cutting-edge EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Responsibilities:
Follow SOPs and Work Instructions; update as needed and ensure timely financial closing and forecasting Ensure vendor and customer invoices are submitted and paid on time Track vendor invoices and follow up on missing invoices Review invoices for unusual charges and obtain Site Manager approval Submit approved invoices to Finance for payment Ensure timely vendor payments to prevent service interruptions Generate daily labor and billing reports Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities Update monthly site roster and labor analysis Conduct daily safety and compliance walks; report needed repairs Obtain quotes for site improvement projects Coordinate repairs and maintenance with Site Supervisor and vendors Maintain warehouse and office supply inventory Monitor trends and report changes to Management Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed Perform other related duties as required Work overtime as needed
Skills and Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills High school diploma/GED or higher Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Detail-oriented with strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly assess issues and develop solutions Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills Join us as a vital part of our healthcare team! Pay:
