Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone and email Enter orders, returns, and adjustments in ERP/order systems Provide updates on order status, shipping, and inventory Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery goals Resolve customer concerns professionally Support the sales team with quotes and product info

Qualifications:

1-4 years' customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred) ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite - a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Nice to
