Description:

Handle all rate requests within established periods. Complete quotes within predetermined metrics. Participate in the rate update process. Provide technical, administrative, and operational support. Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication. Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service and client relations skills. Keep organization and time management skills. Good collaboration and teamwork abilities. Use of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field plus 2 years previous billing, invoicing, account receivable experience. Bi-lingual is required. Prefer brokerage billing experience in transportation or logistics industry.
