Location:
Seguin, TX - Fully onsite Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume data entry of billing and shipping information. Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing. Enter and verify billing information in the appropriate systems. Use Microsoft Excel, including 10-Key and VLOOKUPs, to enter, track, and validate information. Research missing or incorrect information and follow up with internal teams as needed. Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing or documentation issues. Maintain accurate records and meet daily processing deadlines. Assist with additional billing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with 10-Key. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
