You will be responsible for connecting with customers with past-due balances and finding ways to resolve billing-related customer issues. High School diploma or equivalent (required) College Degree (preferred, but not required) At least 2-5 years of customer service experience Proficiency with CRM software Happy, positive personality with a willingness to improve Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer #FPC111
