Responsibilities As a Data Entry Billing Clerk, you are responsible for performing clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will: Work directly with the office staff (Regional Management, project managers, and accounting), and assist with multiple and varied tasks Keep all office documents filed (paper/electronically), organized, and maintained Be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment Enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals Process 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications About You:

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You have three or more years of clerical experience You have strong computer and business solutions software skills You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work You're able to perform accurate computations and verification of data Able to prepare basic reports Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications Hard work pays off.
