Human Resources Director Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator - Recruiter to support and drive recruiting and HR operations activities. This position plays a key role in attracting top talent, coordinating the hiring process, supporting employee onboarding, and assisting with day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service focused, and passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms Source and screen candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives Human Resources Coordination Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation processes Prepare employment documentation and maintain employee records Support HRIS data entry and employee file maintenance Assist with benefits administration and employee questions Support employee engagement activities and HR programs Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations Assist with reporting and HR metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2-5 years of recruiting and/or HR coordination experience Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or professional positions Experience with onboarding and employee relations support HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) Competencies Relationship Building Communication Confidentiality Attention to Detail Time Management Problem Solving Customer Service Mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan Professional development opportunities Join our team and help build an exceptional employee experience while attracting and retaining top talent.Pay:
