In this role, you will be the point of contact for billing and insurance inquiries, playing a key part in ensuring accurate claims processing and a smooth experience for patients. Responsibilities Handle inbound patient calls and emails regarding billing and insurance questions Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and resolve claim issues Process insurance claims, preauthorizations, payment entries, and account adjustments Verify and update patient insurance information to support accurate claims processing Maintain compliance and confidentiality in all patient and account interactions Requirements Prior dental billing or dental insurance coordination experience required Dental front desk experience with insurance exposure considered Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a collaborative team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills #AO9
