Job Title:
Billing Specialist Pay:
$50,000-$55,000 annually

Kenosha, WI (Fully Onsite) Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and supporting records to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, invoice disputes, and customer inquiries. Process billing adjustments, credit memos, debit memos, and approved account corrections. Maintain customer billing records and update account information within the ERP/accounting system. Reconcile billing transactions and assist with month-end close activities related to revenue and accounts receivable. Prepare billing reports, invoice summaries, and account analyses for management review. Qualifications 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience. Experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume billing environment. #AO9
